No Sound since Windows 10 PRO update

Hey Guys,
i got the following Problem:
I updated Windows 10 Pro N via the Windows Update on regular Basis and ever since the update i dont have certain sounds in Crossfire anymore, e.g. Gunsounds of any Kind, Movement sounds of any Kind.

Anyone knows the Problem and can help me?

Maybe i didnt say that Right.. I have Sound in everything EXEPT Crossfire. Every other game, Programm and what so ever does not have any Problem.

It didnt help but if found the Problem. It seems i had to manually install a Media Package from Microsoft now it works, i am asking myself why the hell they dont put it into the patch itself but whatever

A friend of mine faced exactly the same problem. He loves to play Dota 2, and one day he could not start it and decided that the problem was in his Windows. I went to 1 link to update Windows and came across Windows 10 PRO N. I did not delve into the characteristics and immediately downloaded it myself. He managed to get into the game, but he realized that he could not hear anything. At first, I thought that he had problems with the headphones, but a little later I realized that the problem was in Windows. He decided to read the specifications and realized that this version of Windows does not have a media player, which makes the computer completely silent.
