why i can not submit hacking report???????

i report a VIP hacker for couple of times. but there is nothing on my report history...........what happened???? he use new kind of hack killed players by other's name. i keep the whole video for evidence. why can NOT submit?

e.............shadow........be honest, before this happened.....i already submit more than 100 hacker's report........so i really know how to submit progress, just this time it's not working........i don't know why.......

Blocked because of sending too many false report? Some kind of temporary error maybe? Some browser add-on that interferes with the report function?

why i can not submit hacking report???????
