I see many high rank players in SD walk so weird and i cant hear the footsteps. Can someone explain me what this is or is it a glitch in my game.

I hear the other players but the players which are walking so strange not. Someone told me that this is a script i dont know if he is telling the truth or not. Is this allowed or can i report the players?

It's called Chinawalk. You can do it manually with your keyboard or with a script, which is illegal. Other than that, indeed it gives a huge advantage.
