Autoc****** allowed?

I'm not sure if it belongs into this thread but i wanna ask something.
Is autoc****** allowed?
Because i noticed that sometimes people the zm void rift match im playing and just stand there clicking LMB every 2 seconds.
Or just now a player called [GoD]FaThEr. (something like that his rank is general (1 or 3 stars) is on EU Delta server Channel 1 in a Zombie mode extra room.
He is just there auto clicking for at least over 3 hours! He just stand in the game and clicks LMB.
He doesn't respond to message or anything else and wastes everyones time.
I'm sure this can't be allowed and if so, do we report them in game or file in a replay or what?
