Open buff shop alternative?

Hi there,
is there a alternative way to open the buff shop by the ~ button?
I'm from Germany and tried it with a English QWERTY layout. I even tried various on screen keyboards but I always need to press shift for a ~. And therefore cannot open the buff shop
Do u guys know a onscreen keyboard with a valid key to open the buff shop?
