network issue

last many days i am getting error while i try to join any game match 'Network connection error. (1033_10136) can anyone help me out with this

I'm getting the same error. When I connect to my LAN connection I get the same error. But when I connect my mobile data I'm able to join EU servers. I'm living in Turkey and all my friends who live in Turkey are able to join EU servers except me. How can I solve this problem?

I'm able to join NA and MENA servers but have too much ping 140-180ms.

There is currently no way of fixing it. We'll have to wait for a announcement.
