Slow loading into and out of a game

Was there ever a fix for speeding up load times into and out of games if its not 1024x768 or 800x600 game resolution (windowed or fullscreen)? It's been a problem for years and I can guarantee its not cause my computer is slow
specs:
3440x1440 monitor
Ryzen 9 5900x
RTX 3080
NVMe SSD

    This error/problem is from the game itself, not from your PC. This is most likely a bug in the game's programming, because the loading screen is taking — really — a long time loading the game/match.

    The best screen resolution now is 1024x768. That's why you should only play at a resolution of 1024x768.

    Putting the game into windowed mode also may take longer in loading.
