Support Tickets

Hello everyone. Yesterday i had sent a support ticket on which a GM replied to me and i replied him back . Today i checked my tickets and the first page is blank? I tried refreshing , restarting internet and even tried a different browser. I can see the rest of the pages i got with tickets but not the first one (the latest ones). Anyone is dealing with the same problem?
