Void skill reset bug

Hi with the new patch on Wednesday I couldn't reset my void rift progression even though I have the void reset item.
I've already submit a ticket here is my ticket number : #FVQ-809-71386

After the last update I wanted to start the ticket again in void rift mode. I already saw the first one and I am missing one more to complete it but an error appears and it cannot be reset. I hope you fix that error

the void reset issue has been there for a month or so, simply jus be patience and wait for next update, i predict tht it will be fixed in few more days
