Hey guys! I wanted to ask a question. I made this account about 9 years ago. I was about 13 years old and the infromation I might have given are false. This account is signed up with an old e-mail I had when I was a kid which I dont have access anymore. I've sent 3 tickets and I always get the same answer dont know what else to do....

    If you can't remember any of the info they ask for in the ticket, you cannot recover or change the email because of privacy and security concerns. There's nothing they can do if you don't remember your own information.

    In this case, it's challenging to get an account back on track. Here, you have reached a dead-end.
