Vertex Lock Failed

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

While playing the game, it freezes and I get the 'vertex lock failed' error.

I deleted the game and the documents and reloaded. But I got the same error again.

This freezing lasts between 1-5 minutes and it makes me very nervous.

    3 GB RAM? Intel graphics and Media Control Panel?

    Try using windowed mode. If you are using Intel integrated graphic chips, go to 3D settings, Vertex processing > Enable Software Processing and try it again.

    The software processing will allow you to run DirectX 11 on a DirectX 9 compatible card.
