Crossfire won't start

I am trying to run Crossfire on Windows 10 using new GS66 laptop. I do the full download, ran as admin, hit PLAY when patcher opens, HGW loads to 100%, then nothing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried shutting laptop down, I've disabled Norton Antivirus and Firewall, I've included the whole z8games folder in the Norton Exclusion list... I'm out of options. Please help me so I can finally start playing this game.

    since u tried everything,my suggestion is downgrade ur system. or play on another pc has lower system

    I didn't know about event viewer, so thank you for that. This is the error message. It seems to be hgwc.exe is where the error occurs. Still don't know how to fix it though. Here is all the info:
