Account Recovery Succeeded before but Failed After With the Exact Same Information
Somone for some reason got my account before (without me sharing my information), and I got my account back with the help of a [GM] via support ticket. I entered the information and proved my ownership. Now I think the same people from before stole my account again. They've changed the email again and now when I submit a ticket with the exact same information from before and try to recover my account, I get the message saying the information doesn't match the records. This is impossible as I literally used the same information to retrieve my account from before, it is up to a point where [GM]Sharingn is just copy-pasting the auto response every time I submit a ticket. Not super happy and extremely frustrated about the support I get since a support ticket is the only way to communicate with GM staff but all I get is brainless copy-paste responses to information that once successfully proven my ownership and recovered my account.

Beware! GMs may prohibit your account due to "shared account" policies. Reason: you get your account back, he gets it again, and so on— an infinite cycle.
Check the numbers well enough before submitting a ticket. It's the most common cause. The DD/MM/YY date format is not the same as the MM/DD/YY date format.
