account recovery have proof but still cannot reset with support ticket
hey, i ve been trying to reset another account with support tickets and i cant get to a point that i will not get an automatic robot response whatever info i send.
i have the original email (which i have access to), with all the info there which contains.

creation date
old passwords.
registered email
I am the owner, and i need a solution that does not consist of the worst support i ve ever seen in a game , period.
I have been offline for years and i thought i might come back just out of nostalgia instead of playing cod or something else.

when i reach the point that i even send an attachment with screenshot of email info sent by crossfire team and i still get a generic robot response, what do u expect me to say here?
My interest here, is to get a mod to reset manually with a pm or something if the info i have above is enough. Is it enough at all?
I m not new to gaming, but i ve seen better support in other games. Trust me. I m not talking about AAA games as cf is not AAA as well. -
i was lucky enough to track down the 2 email changes that i ve done. and recover the email currently used so problem solved without a new ticket.
when u change email and u try recover with older email it sais "account not available for recovery", i also tried changing the eimail (among other tihings) and i kept getting nowhere. It is interesting that the above info i had was not enough. Have u tried the crossfire philipines? that same game with different region has way better "forgot password" mechanism , and it is the same game but my info was more than enough. So here s an example of the same game, different "team" I keep telling u, this is not a decent support here in na/uk/eu or whatever it has become.
i d like to thank you though shadowro for the extensive information, but we both know that it would lead nowhere.
and a last note, the video with the mod sais that the birth date is not required as old accounts were not asked for it, yet i could not do sup ticket without it.
But hey at least i have my main account back, and i enjoy the new additions to the game, and the new zm modes/maps are nice addition as always Especially zombie mode extra , is a welcome break from the normal gameplay. i thought i ll give a positive end to the cirtisism i gave above.
