I returned to game after years and my name is changed to CTM_blabla

and cannot change it back not from game ofc nor site ( on CF profile says Opps error ) how can i change it

Indeed, the system Shadow explains is implemented to free up IGN's of old accounts considering it was probably too much of a hassle for the GM's to keep doing it via support.
