Scope mode is broken

As topic suggests, for last 2 days I can't use anything with scope including shoulder zoom rifles, mouse XY movement immediately locks when I switched to any scope phase and I cant move in any direction with mouse. When I exit from the scope phase, XY movement returns, and it is just fine.
PC Specs: i7 3930k @ stock, 16GB of RAM, GTX 950

Maybe something in the settings menu has gone awry. I know you can at least have different sensitivity for scopes there, try changing something there.

Apparently keyboard and/or mouse freeze is a common issue. I tried a fix on a sticky post they provided, which is setting off CPU affinity for CPU 1 (2nd thread) if I am not mistaken. Still didn't work. I'll try playing around with screen modes, resolutions and sensitivity settings I guess.

LOL You were right. I don't have any idea about how it is changed to zero though. Feel stupid for not checking it beforehand now

I had the same problem after an update long ago. It changed by it self, don't now why either.
