how do i change menu music?

i've been wondering how to change the music, i just need to know what files to go into to change it because i dont wanna look through a bunch of crap and then screw it up.
P.S. The menu music is teh gays xD

anyone with xp just click on start then search then all files or folders and search z8games and follow the regular instructions everyone gives
