    Visual C++ Library.The main reason for this error may be: due to corrupted runtime components in your Visual C++ Redistributable Packages in Windows.

    Personal case:

    I used to get an error while I was trying to join a server (Delta) a while ago. I found the problem on Windows Event Viewer. VC80.MFC x86. I updated each and everything about "Microsoft Visual C++ 20XX Redistributable." At this time, I don't have any problem with that (servers and multi-times - Xigncode).
