If you don’t have access to your old email, please submit a ticket to the Account Administration section.

Please fill out the support form with as much correct information as possible so that we can assist you in a prompt fashion. Once you submit a ticket, please do not submit another one as this will delay response times for tickets.

Please note: If you can't remember any of the info they ask for in the ticket, you will not be able to recover or change the email due to security policies. There's nothing they can do if you don't remember your own information.
