Will we ever get the original M4A1 Beast VIP?

This weapon was the first m4 vip and was exclusive in CF China. We got the noble reskin here, but I missed the chance to get it. I even got it in a pirate version which closed and I want it so bad. Will we ever see it in CF West as a preorder or a reward for something? I would definitely go for it.
