Gun does not appear in inventory?

I recently bought some Thompson/Whinchester GP crates from the black market and I won two Thompson's. I put one of them in my 1st bag and tried to play a game with it; however, when the game had loaded my gun did not exist. There was nothing in my inventory and I even checked my second bag to see if it was accidentally placed in that bag, but it wasn't there. I've tried everything from reloading the game and logging back in to trying to put the gun's in my other bag slots but still they have not appeared! I feel like I've been ripped off and have just thrown my money into the trash. I've asked other players in the game and have heard a few tell me that they also have won guns and they would not appear. Does anyone have any ideas or solutions to fixing this problem and is there a customer support I can reach to try and speak with a manager or someone to fix this problem? PLEASE HELP!
