Every Time I login and start to play at room i got error and i cant start any game yesterday i got block

for 1 hour .today i keep try to login and i got same problem i cant play any game and i login another

account it login and played well My Account Name FrozenHeart_ Please Help Me To Fix This Bug

    From 5 days ago, I was having fun in the game and playing normally but something weird happens when trying to re-join Another S&D match.
    the loading screen was taking a lot of time for like 12- 30 minutes, and I got a wired Error bug that I haven't seen in Crossfire
    "Disconnected From The Game"
    Even I'm in-game and I can hear and see players fighting and playing but I cant play.
    I actually found the solution on how to fix this which it's changing the resolution from "1024 x 768"
    to this "800 x 600" the Error disconnecting game bug was no longer showing up.
    I'm also tried to change the resolution from "800 x 600" to
    "1024 x 768" and guess what the Error is gone.
    this happens when I open the game (not for the first time)
