HGWC: File is changed:W[2007] L[0] crossfire.exe

I can't run the crossfire program. Every time HGWC suggests me File is changed:W[2007] L[0] crossfire.exe.
I have tried reinstalling cf, but it doesn't work.
Can anybody he;lp me?

Set in file version.ini "LatestVersion" on 1351 and property > security for all users deny write. This should solve problem.

I was looking for a solution to this problem myself but now I have other errors and I don't know how fix them.
