Failed to connect on VDSL

I am having problems switching to VDSL2 because when I do so crossfire would give me failed to connect once I join a game or It would join and freeze once I am in the game that's only on VDSL when I turn VDSL off on my router and switch back to ADSL I am able to join normally so has anyone encountered something like that and have a solution for it?

    The problem could be because of your router's firmware, or modulation issues.

    Do you have connectivity problems? Your ISP should carefully check the parameters of its connection (SNR, Power, modulation).

    In any case, you should contact your ISP's customer support to get the necessary information and details.
