I think my computer got banned or something

I can't run crossfire because its says permanently blocked but its not blocked because when i tried to run it on my potato laptop my accounts works ive tried to reset my pc twice and even changed my os from win7 to win8.1 and still permanently banned even if i put random password random username still permanently banned, before this happen i was playing valorant and valorant has anti cheat maybe it was on when i run crossfire and also i accidentally run crossfire again while crossfire is running and it sent me error detected for multiple client but still don't know the problem i even tried to contact z8 support and message still the same they keep telling my my account is not banned they don't get what im trying to say and ive read some article but most of them are fortnite they saying about whid banned apparently something to do in my hard drive please can any one help me ive sent like 5 ticket today and reply all the same ((
