When are you going to fix current game issues?

Well when all else is falling apart around you,You can be safe in the knowledge that the ZP shop is never broken.

Send a ticket, they will tell you "We appreciate your feedback and will forward it to bla bla bla" and nothing will ever happen, trust me, I tried.
I'm willing to bet nobody is even working on it, when there's a problem like this in CS you often see multiple patches in one week, often even multiple in a day. As for Smilegate, they couldn't be bothered.
In CFEU the servers were broken for over 2 years, constant random lag spikes, rooms crashing and at the end of every SND round there was a heavy lag often resulting in an error at the next spawn. Absolutely nothing was done about it, what ultimately fixed it was the merging of cfna and cfeu.
