HELP GM HELLO LADIES UNFORTUNATELY I REALIZED THE FACT THAT WHEN I CREATED THE CROSSFIRE ACCOUNT IN 2015 OR 2016 I WAS WRONG EMAIL INSTEAD OF PUTTING THIS EMAIL I PUT THIS CARE WHICH NORMALLY HAD TO BE PLACED LIKE THIS _ EXAMPLE-EXAMPLE@yahoo.com IT'S ABOUT THE BAR IN THE MIDDLE - I WAS WRONG IN WRITING HOW I COULD RECOVER MY ACCOUNT I AM AN ACTIVE PLAYER AND I RESPECT THE CROSSFIRE COMMUNITY ANTICIPATED AND RESPECT YOUR TIME AND WORK

as much as i try to explain, i answer automatically every time, gm doesn't have time for players, they just have time to make $$$

Even for you seems not a big thing to change - to _ , but in terms of policy is same as changing the email, therefore support center apply change email rules ( even is "just" a wrong char) : therefore you need to provide requested info to prove you are the original account owner.

P.S. Game terms and policy clearly say: "you are the only one responsable for all info used when you create your account" therefore using a wrong char is not a z8 problem, you can prove you are the owner and they will change email.
