Can't delete the game.

Hey all, I recently downloaded Crossfire and started playing it. I wanted to delete it because it's Anti-Cheat system is a joke. (XIGNCODE3). When I went to uninstall the game (by going to control panel) I found Crossfire West. I tried deleting it but when I clicked "Uninstall" an error message appeared saying: "Internal error cannot find utcompiledcode record for this version of the uninstaller"
Not sure what that meant. Anyways, I Right Clicked on it and clicked on "Open File Location" In which I then found where the game was installed. I selected everything and pressed my delete key. Then, it said that all of the files in the folder was being used by a program of some sort (Which is funny because there was no instance of crossfire running at all. I need help. Tell me, How can I uninstall the game fully without having any issues?

    broo the same and somehow i can't play crossfire anymore in my computer it says permanently blocked even but when i go on my laptop its not permanently blocked this cf is a joke and i tried to uninstall it and it shows Internal error cannot find utcompiledcode record for this version of the uninstaller ive tried contacting them today 5 time but as normal they reply me with automatic chat they don't get what im trying to say they keep saying apparently my account is not banned ik that

    Restart your PC, then try to delete the cf-folder, (there is one in documents too). If you can't delete it, check task-manger and see if anything is running in the background.

    .>> check your GPU drivers - usually this happnds also when you are using microsoft default drivers provided by windows , you need to see what videocard model you have - go to manufacturer site , download and install latest drivers avaible for your video card model


    .>> change your game rezolution OR reset your game preferences : go to My Documents \ CrossFire - select all files with .dat extension and delete


    .>> start game as administrator - customize your game settings: leave gamma at 50%, set game to run full screen, set game game resolution 1024x768 , save


    .>> Right click to partition C:\ (where your windows is installed) - choose "Properties" click "Disk cleanup", check "DirectX Shader Cache" , ok (this will delete DirectX Shader cached files)
