I was about to enter the game and it turns out that I get a message saying that it was permanently blocked and not even the reason I have been playing with that account for more than 6 years, I even invested a lot of money to have it blocked overnight and I went to send a ticket and I can not because it asks for some information that I do not remember yet I ask the favor of technical support to give me a solution because it is unfair that after so much time I dedicate and money invested they block my account at night the morning

On CrossFire West you can be banned for the following
Hacking, promoting or scamming.
Glitching (inside boxes and/or walls). Or actively taking part/benefit from that sort of thing. Think third-party programs and exploits.
Using macros.
Insulting (racism/sexism/hatred/discrimination in a country, religion, sexual orientation, )
Account selling/sharing.
