Tutorial Bug

Hello Community,
If you are finished as a newcomer at the beginning of the tutorial and are then sent on to the ranked match, you cannot click the button.
Is it just me or is this a bug in general?

You will not be able to play ranked if the account is new and below Lieutenant

I think it is wrong. you can press ESC and you will not see this message again

IDK I think it is a bug as u mentioned
