Account Banned After Wifi Disconnected

I am using this newly created account since I can no longer have access to my old account JUST NOW so I'll address the issue here with my new account. I had experienced this types of issue couple of times where my wifi got disconnected in between games then when I re-login, my account got banned. I did report this issue in the past, but it did not help, apparently. When I re-login onto the website with my old account it says I got permanently banned for "flaming." Just what the heck is flaming? Like insulting other players or something? Bro please, I was trying to farm ZM rank by myself and just how I just got banned for flaming?

On CrossFire West you can be banned for the following

Hacking, promoting or scamming.
Glitching (inside boxes and/or walls). Or actively taking part/benefit from that sort of thing. Think third-party programs and exploits.
Using macros.
Insulting (racism/sexism/hatred/discrimination in a country, religion, sexual orientation, )
Account selling/sharing.

Unfortunately, no one can help you in froum .

It would have been better not to enter rooms that contain a password and contain the room name. The hackers site. I think you did that in order to benefit of course to finish the room quickly and get a reward.
