Ak47-Knife-Steampunk

Hello, i was looking through the vip store today between the Ak47-Obsidian-Beast and the Ak47-Knife-Steampunk and found the steampunk to look a bit better but then noticed that the ak47 steampunk only gives a 100% personal exp boost wich i found odd considering the other main vip weapons give 200% personal exp,
only the handguns give 100% and even the melee weapons give 120%.
so is the ak47 steampunk giving only 100% exp bonus a glitch or mistake or was it intended to only be 100%? i'm really curious about this because if it was intended then the ak47 obsidian has more value for the price
