Account transfer

Hello, I played CF the last time 5 years ago on the Eu server and as I wanted to install it again and play again it told me i need to transfer my acount because gamerage and Z8 fuse together, so i transfered my account and create a new Account here because it told me to do so and I will get all my wepons and stats etc. on this new account and a new site open with a bar that showed me how far my account is transferd but the charge stopped after 2min and after i tryed to reload the site it still stands so I try to log in in the game and it told me my account is transfering but the bar doesnt charge and meanwhile I cant see the progress. Can someone please help me?
