You're blocked from the server for a while

So I loged in 10 minutes ago and I've the screen that says; " You are blocked from the server for a while 2 days (64 hours 46 minutes) "

I already sent a ticket. My questions are; Whats the reason of getting this? And should I wait for 2 days or 64 hours or its combined?
