server full please move to another server

why does this message pop up almost every time im in a match lobby for more than 3 seconds?
and why does it pop up when im in the clan server when it's not even 1/4 full
is this a bug?

it is a server glitch,,, that they have tried fixing several times. but to no avail...

It happens seemingly at random no matter what channel you are in. It occurs when some one trys to start the match. (normally) the room crashes and kicks you back to lobby...

a while back, (bout 3 updates ago) it was nearly impossible to start a room with out trying atleast 10 times... thank god they got it fixed to the point is at now.

It's a bug.
wait until the next patch.

Edit: try reinstalling CF
