Failed to connect to Server

First time writing here, im really angry now wiith this game. First of all we get 10 dcs every day and now failed to connect to server( second time in 1 week) . Are you serious ? you are destroying your own game .
We lose so many points from ranked games and when we ask the gm if he can do something so we can get the points back he says theres nothing he can do . And after every error or dc you just put new events instead of fixing your servers so the players can focus on the events and forget the dcs we get every day. just ridiculous im so dissapointed of this game , i have been playing over 8 years and and im so sad seeing my first game dying . gg gms ( no more money from me )
