Black Market rework

Greetings everyone!
Just had an suggestion and Id like to hear feedback from you guys, this is more targeted towards the Black Market I love it but personally I think it should be reworked the weapons are great and all but. Unfortunately its very very little chance of getting them even after dipping 100's of dollars in my lifespan of this game to get most likely nothing and that's kinda ridiculous. My point would be to make it so atleast 1 rare item could be won after buying or spinning so many crates or rework it to remove spinning and just click open the capsule for RNG
