El tener instalado el Crossfire ES puede ayudar para instalar Crossfire West a partir de allí o tengo descargarlo todo desde el principio?

Yes, you have to download again the game. CFES launcher no longer works (It stopped working). This is another version of CrossFire. Therefore, you must download the game client from this version.
