I need your help - Installer Failed to start

Sup guys, after a couple of years i wanted to get into crossfire again. I downloaded the game via CrossFire West Installer and as soon as I finished downloading the game I pressed the red button "Start" after that i got a message within the Installer which said "Failed to start". How can I fix this? Does this problem occur to other people as well? I hope u guys can help me
