hey there I have CF account 10 years old I got full info email email address/ CF info however I tried to change the email email addressor rest password I don't get the message from Z8games about resting or change email address , however I supmient a ticket I get message from z8games about

confirming the receipt of your ticket , could you please fix it ?
note I checked spam and others there is nothing.

Try to change the email via support.

i tried more than once to do ticket but endup with manhine answer , the account created back in 2010 i can't remember all info about it even when i tried to proof i got the correct and right info didn't work.

some how i got received the message from z8games about updating email working fine thanks.
