Name change GM please

Hi I used to own the account Adrenaline but its gone I have a name change in storage just wondering if its possible to change my name to adrenaline back in the day in CF EU u changed ur name to something like ctm_temp 13312 or something and then asked a gm to change it for you is this possible?

Name change items are available in the in-game item shop for ZP, however to check if we can free up the name send a ticket please.
