Am i wasting my time ?

Hello, i have been playing with a very unstable internet connection for a few months, before i'm playing very well but since i moved i feel like i have lost my skills but nevertheless i play as before, the only thing that changes it's my connection and i think it prevents me from playing but i would like to have your opinion, do you think that my connection is faulty or is it just that i have become zero and that i am wasting my time?

To give you an idea, i go from 30 to 60-70 then it goes back to 120-200 and then it goes down to 30 then again it goes up and it's constantly like that.

The problem does not come from my internet provider but from the cables of my building and unfortunately for the moment they cannot be changed so my only option is to move again.
