Rank up bug!?

I previously posted about my REHORE character being a silver leaf stage 7, and when I got promoted I went to a gold leaf stage 8, after getting promoted again I am now a silver lead stage one? However this time I need 180,000 exp to get to the next stage rather then the 150,000 exp it usually is? Can anyone help or fix my rank so it shows the correct picture?
