For the Green muzzle flash you possible got them differently like Armor though there was one case where it was actually good to have a different item there was one remove ZP crate that gave you Mutation Magazine that was different than the GP item store bought one and it actually Stacks the Ammo so you got 50%*2 with the ammo say you had 450 ammo with one MM with 2 you would have gotten 675
