disconnected from server host 0-3

when i join any room at any server i always get this Error "disconnected from server host 0-3" then "disconnected from server.(3025_4)" then game crashes.
- i got the latest drivers updates
- all main programs are installed such as directx,c++,netframework,etc..
- i scanned my PC 3 times and found no threats
- i uninstalled the antivirus after scanning
- i restore my firewall settings many times
- i changed my IP address many times
- i re-downloaded the game
- i reset my ISP settings to default
and i still facing this stupid Error !!
