So i install crossfire on Z8games, but whenever i finish the download and start the game. It says in a small box "Your client version is invalid. Re-install the latest version game client" I tried to uninstall and reinstall and restart my pc but it still wont work.

i've had this game for years. I was playing it earlier today, opened up my internet browser, did my spins for the event, logged out of crossfire so it could update with my rewards, and when I re-launched it to log back in, i started getting this error. I restarted my computer, uninstalled, restarted my computer again, and reinstalled but i'm still getting this error. I also went to my wife's computer and tried launching crossfire but it just started getting this error as well. please someone help!!!!

I kept trying it randomly for the next few hours after this started happening and my client started working again. I don't know what caused this or why it disappeared as suddenly as it appeared but I'm able to play again.
