account hacked z8 aint doing sht to help

My account was probably hacked and they changed my name cause I'm not in my alts friend list anymore. I've been trying to change the pass with my email but it keeps saying account unavailable for recovery. Whats the point of the fucking email then? z8 aint doing **** besides asking for account creation date blah blah. I told them I could provide ALL my transaction id from my email but nope. is my account lost forever or is there still hope?
