keyboard/mouse issue

Lately I've been experiencing some weird issues with my keyboard/mouse.

The problem that occurs is, everytime I shoot (Left Mouse Click) my character JUMPS or WALKS. Its always different and I don't use any macro's or something. It just happens.
Anyone else experiencing this problem and has a solution?

Also, im from Belgium so everytime I rejoin a server I have to reset my keys because I use an AZERTY keyboard. No I won't switch my keyboard language.
