After 6 ranked games ban

Good day, Today I went back to my favorite game CrossFire in which I put no small money. I played the first 5 placement. I placed on gold 5. To place in platinum 1 I needed 50 points. That's why I turned on another ranked. I had 25 points left after a successful win. That's why I wanted to finish platinum. However, when I resumed my search, I was notified that a hacktool was detected and I had a ban for 27 days. I have never used any support program during Crossfire game and therefore I do not understand how it could be detected. Please review this issue and correct this misunderstanding as soon as possible. This is an error with ranked don't know exactly whats causing it but.. simply relog or restart your PC to resume playing ranked

Try changing servers or relaunch the game and try playing ranked. That msg is a bug
