Revert the ranks to Pre-2.0 CF

So these ranks still haven't grown on me, they are still hideous for the most part, and some people (especially older players) still confuse with Second/First LT and Major/Lieutenant Colonel ranks because they have their colour switched. It just makes things so confusing. And higher ranks like General, Marshal, etc are still ugly to look at

If Smilegate wants to return to CF glory a few years ago, I want to suggest to return the old EXP Ranks back to what it was. It's really needed for the sake of nostalgia.
